01 Overview

NightNodes provides proxy and VPS-related digital services at www.nightnodes.com. Because our products are digital in nature and involve the allocation of real network resources, our refund policy reflects both our commitment to customer satisfaction and the operational costs involved in delivering these services.

All purchases are subject to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

02 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Service Unavailability

If NightNodes experiences a significant service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours that is verified to be caused by our infrastructure (not by factors outside our control), you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.

Billing Errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged twice for the same order, or charged for a plan you did not select, we will correct the error and issue a full refund of the excess amount upon verification.

Service Not Delivered

If you completed a purchase and the corresponding service (proxy credentials, VPS access, etc.) was never provisioned due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

24-Hour Satisfaction Window

New customers making their first purchase only may request a refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase if the service does not meet their basic technical requirements, provided that less than 20% of the purchased bandwidth or resources have been consumed.

03 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use NightNodes services in the future.

05 How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at strawhatproxies@gmail.com or reach out via our Discord server.
  2. Include your account email address, order ID or transaction reference, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason for your refund request.
  3. If applicable, provide supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors, connection logs).
  4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the original purchase date unless the request falls under the billing error or service outage exceptions, which may be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

06 Processing & Timeline

Once a refund request is approved:

We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. If you do not receive it within 10 business days, please follow up with our support team.

07 Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support channels.

08 Subscription Cancellations
